CharlesEtta (Charlee) Sutton designs, develops and implements training and preventive programs as the creator of the CTS Group (providing Clinical
and Training Services); a founding faculty member of the Multicultural Family Institute of New Jersey; former director of
training for Office of Prevention Services and Research, at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-University Behavioral Health Center; faculty-consultant at
the Center for Family Community and Social Justice, New Jersey; faculty and board of the Turtle Island Path; and facilitator and Chief Financial Officer of the International Black Summit, Inc.
She is noted for training in such areas as crisis management, loss, trauma, healing, and in effectively coping and thriving.
She is an active AFTA member participating on multiple levels: as a presenter/moderator in plenaries, interest groups, and institutes; and as past Chair of the Nominations Committee and member of the Diversity Committee.
